Greedy, real name Theo Wilson was born in Battersea, Clapham Junction. The nickname Greedy was given to him by his parents due to his hunger and ambition to get what he wants in life, as well as
being greedy for food. The South London singer and rapper was introduced to hip -hop music by his older brother, listening to the likes of DMX, 50 Cent and Method man Greedy started perfecting his freestyling ability. After spending some time out Ghana with his mum and dad, Greedy wrote and performed his first song in 2007 whilst only in year 8. The song was entitled “Nursery Days” and was a story about his young life. The song was a hit for young Theo in school and amongst his peers. In 2010 Greedy went on to release his first music video “Money I need”, forward to 2017, Greedy releases his debut mixtape “SARIOUS” hosted by Kenny Allstar, the tape featured artist such as; Clue, Louis Rei (western) and
S.Wavey. Greedy’s ability to fuse his singing and rapping puts him his own lane with his own melodic wave. Greedy best describes is music as “WAVEY”, music that relates to wide audience, music that willmake you move, motivate you and hold a positive vibe.
